I understand and agree to the policies of Super Key Music Studios mentioned in this
agreement. I also realize that this agreement is final and in affect at Super Key Music
Studios beginning on the date below.

- I understand that this project is not considered by Super Key Music Studios to
be a finished project. - This being an unfinished project, it may not meet the quality standards of a
completed project at Super Key Music Studios. - Because I realize this project is unfinished, Super Key Music Studios is not
responsible for any shortcomings pertaining to the quality of any aspect of the
project. - This recording is considered to be a work tape showing to progress of the
project.
