This agreement is entered into between Mark S. Schwartz, dba Super Key
Music Studios (“Owner”), and Name of Customer (“Customer”).
Fees:
I understand and agree to the policies of Super Key Music Studios mentioned in this
agreement. I also realize that this agreement is in affect for the duration of studio
sessions at Super Key Music Studios, unless both parties agree to amend the
agreement.

Fees:
- Fees for studio time are $60.00 per/hour and are to be paid at the end of each
session. - If studio musicians are used, they will be paid the current union scale.
- Each week the client will designate a certain number of hours to be worked by
Super Key. This time will not be exceeded without the consent of the client. - The time designated by the client will be paid in advance on a weekly basis
until the project is completed. - If the client wishes to have a work tape of the material, they will send money for
postage and/or any other outside expense(s). - Any work done without the presence of the client will be paid for regardless of
the fact that the client may choose to have it redone at a later time. - There is a one=hour minimum payment for each session.
- Any estimates made on the total cost of a project are not guaranteed, and the
actual total cost may end up being higher or lower. - Make checks payable to Super Key Music Studios and/or Mark Schwartz.
